The Learn to Skate (LTS) curriculum is an endorsed program supported by the Ice Skating Institute (ISI). All coaches are Professional Members of the Ice Skating Institute (ISI).

Group Lesson Descriptions

Tots (ages 3-5)	Pre-Alpha (Beginner ages 6+)	Alpha	Beta
Safely falling down and getting up. Develop proper balance, and forward basic skating skills.	Two foot glide, one foot glide, forward and backward swizzles and wiggles.	Forward stroking, forward crossovers, one-foot snowplow stop.	Backward stroking, backward crossovers both directions and T-stops.

Gamma	Delta	Freestyle (FS)	Club Freestyle
Outside edge three-turns, Mohawk combination (left and right) and hockey stop.	Inside edge three turns (left and right), forward inside and outside edges, bunny hop, lunges, and shoot the duck.	Skaters must have passed the Delta Test. Jumps, spins and footwork will be taught at the various levels.	Practice ice for LFC Members skaters in Gamma and higher. Pre-register for $75 per Session. Drop In rate $15 per daily session - No pro-rating FS. Private lessons available.
